Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey or beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 butternut squash, peeled and cubed
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1/2 cup corn kernels (optional)
Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground turkey or beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
