1 cup buttermilk
½ cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pepper.
- Add Butter and Cheese: Pour in melted butter, stirring until crumbly. Mix in shredded cheddar.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, yogurt, and egg until smooth.
