Ingredients

3 cups cooked egg noodles

2 cups cooked and shredded chicken

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup crushed buttery crackers (optional topping)

2 tablespoons melted butter (optional topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine egg noodles, chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, peas and carrots, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. If using the topping, mix crushed buttery crackers with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden.
