Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Slowly add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined (don’t overmix).
