Ingredients

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup light corn syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

4 cups cornflakes cereal


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and corn syrup. Stir continuously until the mixture reaches a boil.
  3. Remove from heat, then stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
