Description

Crispy and flavorful roasted potatoes seasoned simply with Lipton onion soup mix, perfect as an effortless side dish for any meal.


Ingredients

4 large russet potatoes, washed and cut into 1-inch cubes

1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix (1.3 oz)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil until well coated.
  3. Sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup Mix, garlic powder, and black pepper over the potatoes and toss again to evenly distribute the seasoning.
  4. Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender inside.
  6. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
