Ingredients
4 large russet potatoes, washed and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix (1.3 oz)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil until well coated.
- Sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup Mix, garlic powder, and black pepper over the potatoes and toss again to evenly distribute the seasoning.
- Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender inside.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
