This Easy Peanut Butter Pie is a no-bake dessert that’s perfect for peanut butter lovers. It features a creamy peanut butter filling made from peanut butter, cream cheese, and whipped topping, all in a graham cracker crust. Topped with optional peanut butter crumbs for added texture, this delicious and simple treat is sure to impress at any gathering.


Ingredients

1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping, thawed

For the peanut butter crumbs on top (optional):

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 tablespoon peanut butter


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and well blended.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and continue to beat until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in 1 ½ cups of the whipped topping until just combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  5. Layer the remaining whipped topping over the top.
  6. For the optional peanut butter crumb topping: Combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar in a small bowl. Use a fork to create crumbs.
  7. Sprinkle the peanut butter crumbs over the pie.
  8. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.

If you prefer a different crust, try a chocolate cookie crust, Oreo crust, or shortbread crust for variety.

The pie can be frozen if wrapped tightly, but make sure to thaw it in the fridge before serving.

If you don’t have whipped topping, you can substitute with homemade whipped cream.
