Ingredients
1 box of angel food cake mix
1 3.4oz box of pistachio pudding mix
½ cup of vegetable oil
3 eggs
20 oz can of crushed pineapple with juices
For Frosting:
8 oz tub of thawed cool whip
⅔ cup of whole milk
1 3.4oz box of pistachio pudding mix
Chopped pistachios for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cake mix, pistachio pudding mix, oil, eggs, and pineapple with juices until smooth.
- Pour batter into the dish, bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool.
- For frosting, mix pistachio pudding with milk until thick. Fold in cool whip.
- Frost the cake and chill for 2 hours. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios before serving.
