Ingredients

4 filet mignon steaks

8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 cup lobster meat, chopped

1 cup heavy cream

3 tablespoons butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup vegetable or chicken broth

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Season filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat and cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached. Remove and let rest.

  3. Deglaze the skillet with vegetable or chicken broth, scraping browned bits from the pan. Add heavy cream and simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened. Return the shrimp and lobster to warm through.
