Ingredients

1/2 pound ground beef

1/2 pound ground pork

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups cooked potatoes, mashed

1 cup breadcrumbs

2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Chopped nuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and pork until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked potatoes, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, black pepper, and ground cinnamon.
