Ingredients

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Pound Beef Stew Meat

1 Teaspoon Onion Powder

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Salt & Pepper, To Taste

1 10.5 Ounce Can French Onion Soup

3 Cups Beef Broth

12 Ounces Egg Noodles

½ Cup Sour Cream

¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese

1 Cup French Fried Onions


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Season beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add French onion soup and beef broth; bring to a simmer.
  4. Simmer beef on low for 10 minutes.
  5. Add egg noodles and simmer for another 10 minutes until tender.
  6. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Sprinkle with French fried onions as desired.

Notes

Adjust seasoning according to taste.

Beef can be substituted with chicken for a lighter version.
