Ingredients
1 cup long-grain white rice
2 tbsp butter

Instructions
- In a large skillet or saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until caramelized and golden brown (15-20 minutes).
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in rice and cook for 2-3 minutes, letting it lightly toast with the onions and butter.
