Ingredients

4 large green tomatoes

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup cornmeal

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

2 eggs

1/4 cup milk

Vegetable oil for frying
