Ingredients

3 lbs chicken wings

1 tsp adobo

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 tbsp lemon pepper

1/2 tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

2 eggs

3 cups all-purpose flour

Vegetable oil for frying

For the Sauce:

1 stick butter

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp lemon pepper

1/4 cup honey

Juice of 1 lemon


Instructions

  1. Wash chicken wings and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix wings with adobo, black pepper, cayenne pepper, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Beat eggs and add to the chicken mixture. Mix well.
  4. Place flour in a separate bowl. Dip each wing into the flour to coat.
  5. Fry wings in hot vegetable oil for 6 minutes per side.
  6. For the sauce: Melt butter over low heat. Add lemon juice, black pepper, lemon pepper, and honey. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
  7. Drizzle sauce over hot wings and serve.

Notes
