Description

Frozen S’mores are a delightful twist on the classic campfire treat, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. This easy-to-make dessert features creamy layers of chocolate pudding, fluffy marshmallow fluff, and crunchy graham crackers, all frozen to perfection. Ideal for parties and family gatherings, these Frozen S’mores offer the delicious flavors of traditional s’mores in a refreshing, no-bake format.

Ingredients

1 (3.4 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix

1 1/2 cups cold milk

1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed

1 cup marshmallow fluff

16 graham cracker squares (8 full sheets, broken in half)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until it thickens, about 2 minutes. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping.
  2. In another bowl, combine the remaining whipped topping with the marshmallow fluff, stirring until smooth.
  3. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  4. Arrange 8 graham cracker squares in the bottom of the dish.
  5. Spread the chocolate pudding mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
  6. Gently spread the marshmallow mixture over the chocolate pudding layer.
  7. Top with the remaining 8 graham cracker squares, pressing down lightly to adhere.
  8. If desired, sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the top.
  9. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  10. Once frozen, use the parchment overhang to lift the s’mores out of the dish. Cut into squares and serve immediately.

Notes

For easier cutting, let the Frozen S’mores sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Use a sharp knife or a serrated knife for clean cuts.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
