Description

These frozen strawberry yogurt bites are creamy, refreshing, and naturally sweetened with honey. They make a light, healthy snack or dessert that is perfect straight from the freezer.

Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped strawberries

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey into a medium bowl.
  2. Gently mix until well combined and the strawberries are evenly distributed.
  3. Spoon the mixture into heart-shaped silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
  4. Smooth the tops with the back of a spoon.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until completely firm and set.
  6. Remove from the molds and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Swap strawberries with blueberries, raspberries, or finely chopped mango for variation.

Add a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.

Mix in mini dark chocolate chips or sprinkle granola on top before freezing for added texture.

For a dairy-free option, use thick coconut yogurt.

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks, separating layers with parchment paper.

Let sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before serving to slightly soften.
