Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Place the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey into a medium bowl.
- Gently mix until well combined and the strawberries are evenly distributed.
- Spoon the mixture into heart-shaped silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
- Smooth the tops with the back of a spoon.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until completely firm and set.
- Remove from the molds and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Swap strawberries with blueberries, raspberries, or finely chopped mango for variation.
Add a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
