1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Toothpicks or a fork for dipping
Parchment paper
Instructions
- Rinse the blueberries and pat them completely dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract if using.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Using a toothpick or fork, dip each blueberry into the yogurt mixture until fully coated.
- Place the coated blueberries on the tray in a single layer, ensuring they don’t touch.
- Freeze the tray for at least 1 hour, or until the yogurt is solid.
- Transfer the frozen yogurt-covered blueberries to a freezer-safe container or bag for storage.
Notes
Use flavored Greek yogurt for variety, such as strawberry or vanilla.
Try rolling dipped blueberries in crushed granola or chopped nuts for extra texture.
Dairy-free yogurt works for a vegan version.
Let them sit for 1–2 minutes before eating for a slightly softened texture.
Best enjoyed straight from the freezer within 1 month.
