Ingredients
350g all-purpose flour
250g yogurt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cloves garlic
30g butter
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Sift the flour into a bowl and create a well. Add yogurt, baking powder, sugar, and salt into the well. Mix until a dough forms.
 - Form the Balls: Knead the dough into a soft ball and divide into 8 smaller balls. Let rest for 5 minutes.
 - Roll Out the Dough: Roll each ball into a thin disk and stack with parchment paper in between.
 - Cook the Flatbreads: Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat. Cook each flatbread for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown.
 - Garlic and Butter: Melt the butter and rub each flatbread with sliced garlic. Brush generously with melted butter.
 - Serve: Enjoy immediately while warm.
