Ingredients

1 box of Ritz Bits crackers (cheese-filled preferred)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

23 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, parsley, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour melted garlic butter over Ritz Bits crackers in a large bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle seasoning mixture over crackers and toss again.
  6. Spread coated crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over hot crackers. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the seasoning mixture.

Store cooled crackers in an airtight container to maintain crispiness. They can be kept at room temperature for up to one week, or frozen for up to 3 months.
