Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic. Drizzle over the shrimp.
  4. Combine Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, parsley, paprika, and red pepper flakes in another bowl. Sprinkle mixture evenly over the shrimp.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque, and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges for squeezing over each portion.

Notes

For extra crunch, broil the dish for the last 2 minutes of baking.
