Description

A quick and flavorful garlic parmesan breadstick that is buttery on the inside, lightly crispy on the outside, and topped with garlic, herbs, and parmesan for a savory bakery-style bite.

Ingredients

1 breadstick

1 tablespoon melted butter

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Pinch of dried parsley

Sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese (about 1 tablespoon)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the breadstick on a small baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Brush the breadstick evenly with melted butter, coating the top and sides.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder evenly over the buttered surface, then add dried parsley and grated parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 5–7 minutes until warm, slightly crispy on the outside, and golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately while warm.

Notes

Add a pinch of Italian seasoning for extra herb flavor.

Sprinkle red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.

Mix mozzarella with parmesan for a cheesier, meltier texture.

Use freshly minced garlic mixed into the butter for a richer garlic flavor.

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 day and reheat in the oven for best texture.
