Ingredients

1 lb. Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on

2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

3 tsp. Minced Garlic

1 tsp. Italian Seasoning

¼ C. Grated Parmesan Cheese

Salt and Pepper, to taste

Fresh Lemon Juice, to taste

2 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, Parmesan, salt, and pepper until well coated.
