Description

Garlic Ritz Snacks are buttery, garlicky, and irresistibly crispy! This quick and easy snack recipe transforms Ritz crackers into a gourmet treat perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 30 crackers)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Arrange Ritz crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Using a pastry brush, coat the top of each cracker generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the crackers are golden and crispy.

Notes
