Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the cake mix, melted butter, and egg until a soft dough forms. Press into the prepared pan.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the edges are golden and the center is set but gooey.
- Cool completely before slicing into 16 bars.
Notes
