The creamy sauce adds a luxurious touch to the tender chicken bites, making every bite irresistibly delicious. Ingredients

For the Chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss the chicken pieces to coat evenly.

  3. Thread the chicken onto skewers or place directly on the grill.

  4. Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked.

  5. While the chicken is grilling, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  6. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.

  7. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Let the sauce simmer for 4-5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.

  8. Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a serving platter and pour the creamy garlic sauce over the chicken. Garnish with fresh parsley.

  9. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the chicken marinade.

Make a dairy-free version by using coconut cream and nutritional yeast instead of heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
