Instructions
- Cook Noodles: Prepare egg noodles as directed on the package. Drain and set aside.
- Cook Ground Beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Mix Ingredients: Combine cooked noodles, browned beef, cream of mushroom soup, and 1 cup shredded cheddar in a large bowl. Stir until evenly mixed.
- Assemble: Spread the mixture in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with extra shredded cheese.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
