Ingredients
2 large ripe bananas
2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5 inch loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth using a fork.
- Add the eggs, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and any optional add-ins (vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt) to the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined.
- Sprinkle baking soda over the mixture and stir thoroughly.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
