Description

This Heavenly Lemon Oreo Dessert is a refreshing, no-bake layered treat with a zesty lemon cream filling on a crunchy Lemon Oreo crust. Perfect for summer gatherings, it combines a rich lemon flavor with creamy textures for a dessert everyone will love.


Ingredients

Crust:

24 Lemon Oreo cookies, crushed

5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Lemon Cream Layer:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled

1/2 cup lemon curd (store-bought or homemade)

Topping (optional):

1 cup whipped topping

Lemon zest, for garnish

Extra Lemon Oreo cookies, crushed or whole, for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed Lemon Oreos and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press firmly into an 8×8-inch pan to form the crust, and refrigerate.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Fold in lemon curd until well combined, then spread the lemon cream layer over the chilled crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  5. Before serving, top with whipped topping, lemon zest, and extra Lemon Oreos as garnish.

Notes

For best results, chill for at least 3 hours to ensure the dessert is set.
