Garlic salt, to taste

Italian seasoning, to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1 cup sliced and chopped pepperoni

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. Lightly dust a large surface with flour and roll out each pizza crust.
  3. Sprinkle garlic salt and Italian seasoning on each crust.
  4. Evenly distribute mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chopped pepperoni over the crust, spreading within ½ inch of the edges.
  5. Starting with a short end, roll the crust into a tight log.
  6. Slice each roll into 1-inch sections using a serrated knife or pizza cutter.
  7. Place the pizza rolls on a lightly greased baking pan.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, omit the pepperoni and add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
