Ingredients
Turkey Wings:
4 large turkey wings
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Honey Glaze:
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish by greasing it or lining with foil.
- Clean and pat dry turkey wings, placing them in the dish. Drizzle with olive oil and coat evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasoning in thoroughly.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- While baking, mix honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, melted butter, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl to prepare the glaze.
- After 1 hour, remove foil and brush the wings generously with the glaze. Bake uncovered for another 25-30 minutes, basting halfway through.
- Once golden and caramelized, remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes, and serve.
