Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Salt and pepper, to taste
Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Thread chicken onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
