Description

Honey Garlic Salmon Bites are a delicious and healthy option for a quick weeknight dinner. Featuring tender salmon pieces coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze, these bites are perfect for seafood lovers seeking a balanced meal. Easy to prepare and packed with flavor, this recipe combines the richness of salmon with a flavorful marinade for an irresistible dish.

Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons honey

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Add the salmon bites to the bowl and gently toss to coat them in the marinade. Let the salmon marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon bites to the skillet in a single layer, cooking in batches if necessary.
  4. Cook the salmon bites for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Avoid overcrowding the skillet.
  5. Remove the salmon bites from the skillet and transfer them to a serving plate. Drizzle with any remaining sauce and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use tamari or coconut aminos in place of soy sauce.

If using frozen salmon, thaw it completely and pat dry before marinating.

Customize the sweetness by adjusting the amount of honey or substituting with maple syrup.
