Ingredients
For the Skewers:
1/2 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large onion, cut into wedges
For the Honey Mustard Marinade:
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade:
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Marinate the Ingredients:
- Divide the marinade between the beef and shrimp, reserving some for basting. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

- Thread marinated beef, shrimp, bell peppers, and onion wedges onto skewers.
- Grill the Skewers:
