Description

Hot Fudge Brownie Bread is the ultimate indulgence for chocolate lovers! This rich and fudgy loaf combines the flavor of brownies with the texture of a moist cake. Easy to make and perfect for dessert, snacks, or breakfast, this decadent recipe is a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

For the Bread:

1 cup all-purpose flour

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup milk

½ cup hot fudge sauce

½ cup chocolate chips (optional)

For the Topping:

½ cup hot fudge sauce

¼ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until fully combined.
  4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined. Stir in milk and hot fudge sauce until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips, if using.
  5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  7. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Heat remaining hot fudge sauce until pourable and drizzle over cooled bread. Sprinkle with chocolate chips if desired.

Notes

Optional mix-ins: chopped nuts, marshmallows, or white chocolate chips.

For a festive touch, add sprinkles to the topping.
