Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons hot honey
Crackers, crostini, or veggies for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly into a small baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbling around the edges.
- Remove the dish from the oven and immediately drizzle hot honey over the top.
- Serve warm with crackers, crostini, or fresh veggies.
Notes
Swap cheeses for sharp cheddar or Gouda for a unique twist.
