Description

This Hot Honey Cream Cheese Dip combines creamy cheese, smoky paprika, and sweet-spicy hot honey for a crowd-pleasing appetizer. Perfect for parties, game day, or cozy nights, it’s an easy-to-make dip that’s ready in just 25 minutes

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons hot honey

Crackers, crostini, or veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture evenly into a small baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbling around the edges.
  5. Remove the dish from the oven and immediately drizzle hot honey over the top.
  6. Serve warm with crackers, crostini, or fresh veggies.

Notes

Swap cheeses for sharp cheddar or Gouda for a unique twist.

Adjust the spice level by using more or less hot honey or adding cayenne pepper.

To make vegan, substitute with plant-based cheeses and agave with chili flakes.
