Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 egg
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
Burger buns
Your choice of toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, chopped parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Mix the ingredients together until well combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the burgers tough.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and form each into a patty.
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Once hot, add the turkey patties.
Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the patties are no longer pink in the middle.
Place each patty on a burger bun and add your favorite toppings.
