Ingredients
1 package chocolate chip cookie mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 container (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
Mini chocolate chips, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Cookie Crust:
- Preheat oven as per cookie mix instructions. Mix cookie mix and melted butter. Press into greased 9×13-inch dish. Bake and cool.
- Make the Cream Cheese Layer:
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Fold in half of whipped topping. Spread over cookie crust.
- Prepare the Chocolate Layer:
- Whisk pudding mix and milk until thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining whipped topping. Garnish with mini chocolate chips.
- Chill and Serve:
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Slice and serve chilled.
