Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
- Fold in crushed pineapple until evenly distributed.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
- Let cookies cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
