Description

Ingredients

3 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper until well coated.
