Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup dark chocolate (85% cocoa or higher), melted
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream using a hand mixer or stand mixer until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, sweetener, and salt.
- Gently fold the cocoa powder mixture into the whipped cream until fully incorporated.

Notes
You can easily swap erythritol for other sweeteners like monk fruit, stevia, or xylitol.
