A creamy, refreshing Lemon Blueberry Avocado Smoothie made with wholesome ingredients, blending rich avocado, sweet blueberries, and bright lemon juice for a nourishing and naturally dairy-free drink.
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Juice of 1 lemon (about 2–3 tbsp)
1 cup spinach or kale (optional)
1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
A few ice cubes (if using fresh blueberries)
Instructions
- Add the avocado, blueberries, lemon juice, greens (if using), almond milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract into a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- If using fresh blueberries and a colder texture is desired, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon juice as needed.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Add a scoop of protein powder for a more filling smoothie.
Swap almond milk with coconut milk for a richer flavor or oat milk for a sweeter taste.
Add chia seeds or flaxseeds for extra nutrition.
Use frozen blueberries for a thicker, colder texture and skip the ice.
