Ingredients
3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
3 cups granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground cloves
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
1 (15-ounce) can Libby’s 100% Pure Pumpkin
2/3 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9×5-inch loaf pans.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, eggs, pumpkin puree, and water until smooth.
- Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Bake: Divide the batter between the loaf pans. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
