Ingredients

1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix (about 1.9 oz)
3 tablespoons olive oil
Optional: 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the baby potatoes into halves or quarters depending on their size.
