Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 eggs, beaten

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  3. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then press it into the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides evenly.

  4. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add the chicken breasts to the skillet.

  5. Sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes
