Description

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Bisquick mix

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 1/4 teaspoons dry minced onion

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 cup milk

1 large egg

For the Topping:

1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted

Pinch of dried parsley

Pinch of garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick, cheddar cheese, dry minced onion, and garlic powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk and egg. Stir into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. While baking, melt butter and mix with parsley and garlic powder.
  6. After baking, brush garlic butter topping over the bread. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
