Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear salmon skin side down for 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape the skillet to deglaze. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
