Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon paprika

½ cup breadcrumbs (optional for extra crunch)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
