Description

Millionaire Pie is a no-bake dessert bursting with tropical flavors from pineapple, coconut, and a touch of lemon. Perfect for warm days or special occasions, this creamy and indulgent treat is as easy to make as it is delicious.

Ingredients

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1 (8-ounce) tub whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip), thawed

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

1/2 cup maraschino cherries, chopped (optional)

2 pre-made graham cracker crusts (9-inch)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Filling:
In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice, stirring until thickened. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated. Gently mix in crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, and pecans. Add chopped maraschino cherries if desired.
  2. Assemble the Pies:
Divide the filling evenly between the two graham cracker crusts. Smooth the tops with a spatula.
  3. Chill:
Cover pies with plastic wrap or pie crust covers. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve:
Garnish with whipped topping, pecans, coconut, or cherries as desired. Slice and enjoy!
