Ingredients
For the Salmon Bites:
1 lb (450 g) fresh salmon, skin removed, cut into bite-sized cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Honey Garlic Sauce:
1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon rice vinegar (optional)
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Garnish (Optional):
Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Prepare the Salmon Bites:
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the salmon cubes for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:
- Reduce the skillet heat to medium.
- Add honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, rice vinegar, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Combine and Serve:
- Return the cooked salmon to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until fully glazed.
- Garnish with parsley and sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a crispy texture, dredge the salmon cubes in flour or cornstarch before cooking.
