Ingredients
3 cups shredded coconut
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2/3 cup condensed milk
Instructions
- Line a large plate or baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, condensed milk, and powdered sugar. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Form small balls of dough with your hands or a cookie scoop, then flatten slightly to shape into cookies. Place them on the prepared tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Serve chilled and store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
Use vegan condensed milk to make the recipe vegan.
Sweetened coconut is an option, but reduce powdered sugar to balance sweetness.
